RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Woofial.com. If the product itself or the printing is defective, or if the final product is materially different than the design displayed in the campaign, we’re here to help.
Under these conditions, any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. To return a product please send it to provided return address or contact us.
Please use the sizing chart information provided on our product page or main menu to pick the correct size and fit for your purchase. Woofial.com recommends to measure from your heel to your toe when accurately deciding on your shoe size.
If you made an error in ordering the wrong size, then we cannot accept responsibility for this.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore we reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
